Role Summary

As a Senior Frontend Developer in our

Solutions team

, you’ll shape how users experience our AI-powered applications.

You’ll collaborate closely with UX, backend and algorithm developers to bring clarity and usability to complex decision workflows, building on our reusable platform components wherever possible.

This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about craft, performance, and clarity, transforming technical depth into intuitive, responsive interfaces.

What you’ll do

Develop and integrate frontend components

within full-stack web applications using React and TypeScript.

Collaborate with UX, algorithm and backend developers

to turn workflows and data models into cohesive user experiences.

Build platform-first:

reuse shared UI components by default, flag gaps clearly to the Platform team when custom logic is required.

Ensure clarity, performance, and maintainability

in every interaction — from layout to API integration.

Own end-to-end delivery

of features — from implementation to testing, review, and deployment.

Work AI-First

— embrace modern tools and automation to accelerate delivery, reduce friction, and raise quality.

Must-haves

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.

Understanding of state management, component-driven development, and testing practices.

Experience with data-rich environments and data-visualisation (e.g. Storybook, Radix, D3, Chart.js).

Pragmatic mindset: fast, structured, and aiming for clarity — you balance ambition with execution and know when “good enough” is right..

Terms \& location

This is a permanent staff position, based in The Netherlands

We offer a hybrid work environment and trust you can balance remote \& office work

Base salary €79,800/yr (with an onboarding year at 90% \= €71,820/yr). The first year is designed as a ramp-up: space for you to settle in, learn our stack, and make your impact. From year two, you step up to the full salary - plus the opportunity to benefit from our profit-sharing scheme.

We have an annual profit-sharing scheme dependent on company performance, individual delivery, and alignment with company values.
