They are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join its Supply Chain Product team, focusing on AI-driven solutions. The Product Manager (PM) will help shape the roadmap, strategy, and capabilities for homegrown and third-party applications supporting logistics and supply chain operations, with a special emphasis on leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, this role bridges business and technology, supporting alignment across stakeholders, setting priorities, and collaborating closely with technology teams. The PM will contribute to cross-functional initiatives, representing the AI product domain and supporting the adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions.
In this position, you will work with internal business partners to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, enhance system capabilities, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions. You’ll be involved in the product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery to development, testing, and launch—while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for AI, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can balance business objectives with technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities
Evangelize a product roadmap to modernize local legacy applications using modern tech stack or AI agents
Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap and backlog for AI and data-driven features, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize based on business value and data insights.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog prioritization, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to design, test, and launch AI-powered features and enhancements.
Analyze product and user data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform product decisions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholder groups through presentations, demos, and documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment on strategy and execution.
Stay informed on industry trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Serve as a point of contact for AI product features, providing guidance and best practices to optimize stakeholder usage.
Manage multiple projects or features simultaneously, making informed trade-offs to balance scope, resources, and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to AI, building AI agents, machine learning, or data analytics projects.
Understanding of web applications, databases, and front-end integrations.
Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
Ability to manage projects, balance priorities, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative and self-motivated, able to work independently or in teams.
Flexible and adaptable, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in supply chain or operational platforms is a plus. (WMS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder etc)
