What Youâll Do:
As an Analyst Programmer you are the âlast line of logicâ before code hits production: you spot the off-by-one error, chase the silent API timeout, and explain both to a merchandiser who just wants the screen to stop freezing.
Troubleshoot in Real-Time: Reproduce, isolate, and patch defects across web, mobile, and bot layers; log the root cause so the next person learns in minutes, not hours.
Think in Edge-Cases : Translate user stories into decision tables, flow-charts, and pseudo-code that expose every âwhat-ifâ before development starts.
Code for Clarity: Write Java/SpringBoot APIs and Vue/React components that read like a story â even under pressure.
Test like a User, then like a hacker: Craft unit, integration, and regression tests that cover sunny paths, rainy days, and rogue inputs; automate them so the build fails before customers feel pain.
Collaborate \& Define Scope: Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project scope, gather system requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain \& Monitor: Set up alerts, dashboards, and runbooks that scream before users do; own the incident bridge call until the graph drops back to green.
Document \& Report: Create clear and concise technical documentation for reference, reporting, and quality assurance purposes.
Who Weâre Looking For:
A developer who loves to code and debug, can argue politely, and learns faster than frameworks release versions.
Education \& Experience:
Bachelorâs or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
2â4 years of relevant experience in web/mobile app development, automation solutions, and system design.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience developing Web Applications using RESTful APIs .
Strong proficiency in Java/SpringBoot/SpringMVC , JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS , Vue/React , and their libraries.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB).
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Automation Anywhere , and Cloud platforms (AliCloud, Azure, AWS) is highly valued.
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent English plus Chinese (Cantonese \& Mandarin); can argue, apologize, and celebrate in all three.
