About the Role
We are seeking a DevOps / Mobile CI/CD Engineer to design, build, and own mobile delivery pipelines across iOS and Android platforms. This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering and infrastructure automation, playing a critical role in improving release velocity, stability, and developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (iOS \& Android)
Design secure, reliable, and scalable mobile release workflows using industry best practices
Build and maintain production-grade mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, integrating JavaScript-based libraries as needed
Collaborate closely with mobile engineers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to ensure scalable and maintainable mobile architectures
Champion DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, monitoring, and release management
Own deployment and distribution workflows across TestFlight, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and custom distribution channels
Drive automation across build, test, and deployment pipelines to reduce time-to-market
Troubleshoot and resolve mobile build, CI/CD, and runtime issues through structured root-cause analysis
Mentor engineers on mobile DevOps patterns, tooling, and standards
Implement security-first CI/CD practices, proactively addressing vulnerabilities across pipelines and applications
Required Qualifications
7-9+ years of experience in DevOps and/or Mobile Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture
Proven experience building and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
Jenkins
GitLab CI/CD
Bitrise
CircleCI
Fastlane
Deep understanding of mobile app deployment processes:
TestFlight
App Store Connect
Google Play Console
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
