About The Role
We are seeking a talented Front\-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team in a hybrid or remote capacity. This role is vital in designing, coding, and maintaining multiple websites and web applications that prioritize user experience, intuitive navigation, and visual appeal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in front\-end development, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional, high\-performance interfaces. You will collaborate closely with web designers, back\-end developers, and product managers to create seamless digital experiences that align with the company's goals and user expectations.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing responsive layouts, ensuring cross\-browser compatibility, and integrating front\-end components with back\-end services. Your work will directly impact the usability and effectiveness of our software solutions, helping clients optimize their routing operations efficiently. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX designer and/or front\-end developer
Strong understanding of UI principles, cross\-browser compatibility, and web functions
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS and Material UI
Knowledge of web application security, session management, and development best practices
Hands\-on experience making calls to Web Services
Experience with GIS and mapping services is a plus
Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Responsibilities
Create site layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML and CSS practices
Develop well\-designed, testable, and efficient front\-end code following best software development practices
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front\-end errors and bugs promptly
Integrate data from various back\-end services and databases to ensure seamless functionality
Collaborate with web designers to align visual design with user experience goals
Ensure cross\-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications
Implement security measures and session management protocols to safeguard web applications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Stay updated with the latest front\-end technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions
