About The Role

We are seeking a forward\-thinking and detail\-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive QA strategies across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high\-quality software products. Your focus will extend beyond traditional bug\-hunting to include designing scalable testing frameworks, championing automation, and fostering a culture where quality ownership is shared among all team members. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop test plans, automate testing processes, and analyze test results to drive continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the reliability, performance, and user experience of the software solutions that our global customers depend on daily. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

3\-5 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing

Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira (Xray, Zephyr Scale) and expert\-level Jira defect management skills

Strong SQL skills for test data setup and validation

Foundational knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript

Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium or Playwright, and API testing tools such as Postman automation

Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to interpret functional and non\-functional requirements

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with flexibility for different time zones

Willingness to travel up to 10% for complex projects

Active U.S. citizenship and ability to pass government background clearance investigations; Public Trust or DOD clearance is a plus

Responsibilities

Design and develop detailed manual test cases and scenarios based on project requirements

Coordinate and execute both manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts for UI and API testing to increase testing efficiency

Collaborate with developers and project managers to identify, track, and resolve defects promptly

Monitor test execution progress and provide status updates to stakeholders

Contribute to test data strategy, management, and test planning discussions to optimize testing processes

Log, track, and analyze defects, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements

Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools

Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards
