WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and operate ETL/ELT processes and automations that extract, transform, and move data from different sources.
Deliver the resulting data for analytical and operational/transactional use, ensuring its availability and freshness.
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot production pipelines, resolving incidents and applying basic improvements.
Implement data quality tests and validations to ensure consistency and integrity.
Document and keep up-to-date data flows, models, and business rules to ensure traceability and ease maintenance.
Collaborate to build and maintain Tableau dashboards so other teams can self-serve metrics and business monitoring.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams on how data is stored, managed, and consumed within the company and how data flows work, enabling correct and effective data usage.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
Python and SQL at a practical working level for developing data transformations and automations.
Experience working with pandas DataFrames.
Git usage and repository workflows (pull requests, branching, code reviews).
Continuous improvement mindset and technical curiosity.
Fluency in Spanish and English. Decent knowledge of these languages and proper writing skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
