Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure \& Operations
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Assist in setting up and maintaining compute, storage, networking, and security configurations.
Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
CI/CD \& Deployment
Support CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
Assist in release management and environment configuration (Dev / Staging / Prod).
Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues.
Monitoring \& Incident Support
Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Respond to incidents, analyze root causes, and support resolution.
Help improve uptime, performance, and observability.
Security \& Compliance Support
Assist in implementing basic security best practices (IAM, secrets management, access control).
Support audit and compliance readiness (especially for fintech systems).
Ensure secure handling of credentials and sensitive data.
Automation \& Process Improvement
Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and tools.
Assist in infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform / CloudFormation – basic exposure).
Document infrastructure setups and operational procedures.
Required Skills \& Experience
1–2 years of experience in CloudOps / DevOps / Infrastructure Support roles
Basic hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
Familiarity with Linux/ Windows systems
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)
Understanding of networking basics (VPC, security groups, firewalls)
