The Role
We’re looking for an
Software Engineer (4+ years)
to help us design, build, and scale
Wonka Chat
— our internal
ChatGPT for enterprises
, specialized in connecting with the systems companies rely on daily (ERPs, databases, document systems, internal tools, and more) that will be soon used by more than 5000 poeple.
As part of the core product team, you’ll work on:
Designing and extending our
AI agent engine
Coordinating
multi-agent workflows
to automate complex business processes
Building and maintaining
scalable backend systems
Improving our
RAG pipelines
to enhance context retrieval
Integrating deeply with clients’
ERPs, CRMs, databases, and internal applications
Developing new features end-to-end, from architecture to production
Ensuring the platform is robust, secure, and easy to deploy inside enterprise environments

What We’re Looking ForMust-haves
4+ years of experience
in software engineering
Strong experience with
React
Solid skills in
Node.js
and/or
Python
Experience building and maintaining
RESTful APIs
Proficiency with databases such as
MongoDB
or relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Strong understanding of
software architecture

, and modern engineering practices
Excellent grasp of
data structures

Confident using
Git

Familiarity with
