Strong proficiency in backend development and database design, especially SQL based systems
Working knowledge of PHP and the ability to understand and integrate customer facing web environments
Experience developing custom applications, internal tools, or business systems
Familiarity with API development, authentication, and system to system communication

A passion for building unified systems from fragmented tools and datasets
Confidence working as the primary technical developer while collaborating with a supportive leadership team
Strong problem solving abilities and comfort taking initiative on long term projects
Excellent communication skills and an interest in learning manufacturing workflows in order to build better tools
