In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with all sorts of stakeholders in the business (both technical and non-technical), capturing customer \& business needs, customer journeys and stories \& mapping business processes.
This role sits within our HomeRun (Last-Mile) Tribe, with strategic connections across Woolworths Group. HomeRun is the last mile business for eComX, with more than 20 million deliveries annually, it powers eCom growth through an exceptional last mile customer experience at competitive economics.
Specifically, The Role Will See You
Contributing to the business analysis effort on high-value and complex strategic initiatives using advanced analysis techniques and skills.
Working with the Product Manager to develop strategic plans, prioritise discovery and delivery activities.
Liaising and managing stakeholders across the Woolworths Group to understand and align on initiatives.
Owning the squad sprint backlog in conjunction with the Product Manager.
Facilitating the squadâs operational support and investigations to improve product experiences.
Facilitating the evaluation of solution options to validate assumptions.
Working closely with UX \& Engineering to define and design solutions that are feasible and viable.
Ensuring ongoing optimisation of changes in-market, against intended customer and business outcomes, and leading the analysis of defects.
Contributing to successful change management and process improvement by creating documents and artefacts such as as-built processes and procedures.
Championing business analysis best practices and empowering teams to become T-shaped.

You are a strong well-rounded Business Analyst with extensive Agile and digital expertise that will allow you to hit the ground running in this role. You will be used to working in highly collaborative environments and have confident communication and facilitation skills. You will also have experience with contemporary BA tools and techniques.
To Be Successful In This Position, You Will Have
Expertise working across multiple domains and software development methodologies such as Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, dual-track) and Waterfall.
Exposure to human-centred design practices and mindsets.
A problem solving mindset - being curious and logical whilst taking initiative to identify and solve a challenge when they come up
Strong communication skills to convey requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in leveraging business analysis to achieve success in complex initiatives \& environments.
Experience in stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Confidence in multiple approaches to empowering squads/teams and creating collaborative environments.
Clear and consistent communication approach with the team and stakeholders.
Experience working with last mile technology, operations or digital experiences is an advantage, however not essential.
