We are looking for a Senior Operations – Publisher Management to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing technical and operational support to enhance the performance and yield of our diverse publisher portfolio.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) to build scalable, high-performance, and visually rich web applications. You will closely collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with product and design teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
Design, develop, and iterate on scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Build reusable, modular, and well-abstracted UI components.
Translate Figma designs, mockups, and wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready code with high visual accuracy.
Architect frontend solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flows.
Implement interactive UI elements and animations using libraries such as GSAP, Three.js, or similar.
Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Debug and resolve frontend performance and functional issues.
Follow Agile / Scrum methodologies to deliver features iteratively.
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality.
Take end-to-end ownership of features from development through deployment.
Required Skills \& Qualification:
3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and its core principles.
Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+) including:

Strong attention to detail with a good aesthetic sense and UI/UX awareness.
Passion for clean code, performance optimization, and continuous learning.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Three.js, or similar.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Exposure to performance optimization and monitoring tools.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth product environment.
