Seeking Experienced DevSecOps Engineers for Automotive Projects – Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco
We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of IT experience to join a leading automotive technology project. This role focuses on embedding security into development and operations workflows, automating processes, and ensuring compliance with top security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate and integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage and secure cloud infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Implement observability tools for threat detection and response.
Ensure systems meet regulatory and security compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to promote secure coding practices.
Support incident response and security event mitigation efforts.
Technical Skills \& Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
3+ years of experience in DevOps or Security Engineering.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiar with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
Knowledge of security frameworks and automation tools.
Preferred: CISSP, CKA, or AWS Security certifications, and experience with SAST/DAST tools or Zero-Trust Architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude
Location \& Schedule:
Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid – 3 days on-site at offices located in Rinconada del Bosque area)
Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
