Reporting to: Senior People and Culture Business Partner

Our customers include the top motorsports racing series including Formula One, Le Mans, IndyCar and NASCAR and we also supply transmissions for the most exclusive high-performance cars in the world. About the Role

At Xtrac, we’re not just building transmissions—we’re driving innovation in Formula One, Le Mans, IndyCar, NASCAR, and the next generation of electric and hybrid vehicles.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive P\&C team that’s at the heart of everything people-related at Xtrac. While the role is admin-focused, it’ll give you exposure to all areas of P\&C so you can gain a deep understanding of the full life-cycle of our people.

Day to day you’ll be:

Keeping our P\&C operations running smoothly with high-level admin support

Helping employees and managers with basic HR queries

Supporting absence tracking and occupational health referrals

Managing updates in our HR, Payroll, and Time \& Attendance systems

Drafting letters and confidential meeting notes

Coordinating training sessions and materials

Covering reception and being the friendly face of Xtrac

About You

You’re a recent graduate or school leaver seeking an apprenticeship

Looking for your first step into a P\&C/HR role.

Have great attention to detail and enjoy working with people.
