The Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help bridge the gap between development and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating processes, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Core Responsibilities* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies.
Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure cost efficiency.
Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and standards.
Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
Strong knowledge of containerization.
Experience with monitoring tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications* Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
Understanding of networking, security, and compliance standards.
