Growth \& Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/d)

About the Unit
We’re looking for a Growth \& Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data \& Analytics team and play a pivotal role in how we measure, optimize, and scale our digital commercial performance. You’ll work at the intersection of MarTech infrastructure, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation, supporting our Marketing, Product, and CRM teams with clear insights and robust data flows.
Your impact will be visible across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition campaigns to personalized nurturing and retention. You’ll help improve attribution accuracy, enable data-driven segmentation, and ensure that marketing performance is measured and improved with precision and confidence.
Responsibilities
1. Martech Optimization \& Strategy
Audit the existing Martech stack to identify areas for improvement in usage, integration, cost, and performance.
Support evaluation of new tools that improve campaign targeting, performance tracking, and integration with analytics workflows.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing to maintain a roadmap for Martech development and optimization.
2. Data Analysis \& Insights
Build dashboards that enable Marketing and Growth teams to self-serve insights and optimize campaign performance.
Analyze marketing campaign data to provide actionable insights on lead flow, conversion, and attribution across the funnel.
Support ongoing improvements to attribution modeling and funnel visibility. Track key metrics like CAC, LTV, marketing-influenced pipeline, and ROI of tools
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with the Growth team, Product Marketing and Data Engineering to ensure systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, MAP) are integrated and support business needs nd contribute to a shared data model that connects MarTech, CRM, product usage, and campaign performance.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Martech improvements or reporting changes.
4. Automation \& Efficiency
Identify and implement automation opportunities across lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting.
Support experimentation and cohort-based personalization strategies across campaigns.
Ensure data hygiene and proper tracking across tools like Segment, Marketo, Salesforce and our internal Data Platform.
Profile
3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or growth analytics, ideally in a digital B2B or B2C environment.
Experience with tools like Segment CDP, Adjust, CleverTab, Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, AdPlatforms, or GA4
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, lead lifecycle tracking, and digital campaign measurement.
Demonstrated ability to implement client-side and server-side tracking, and to lead Martech optimization projects.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience with A/B testing tools, Python/R for modeling, or predictive analytics.
