Job Profile:
The primary purpose of Analytics manager is to leverage data to drive strategic and operational decision making. This involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling business to optimize performance and identify opportunities to align with business objectives

Designing and maintaining accurate MIS reports and dashboards
Delivering actionable insights for business teams
Ensuring timeliness and precision in data reporting
Creating impactful presentations and visual reports
Cross functional interaction with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Key Skillsets
Strong analytical and Excel skills (knowledge of SQL/Tableau/ BI tools will be an advantage)
Working knowledge of any LOS and Core banking solutions (especially in SME Banking space)
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint to present insights effectively
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
