Responsibilities:
Assist in the full spectrum of training functions, including IIQE Exam preparation, new agent training, required training for agents, team building, etc.
Maintain and update the training database and agent records.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on training activities and outcomes.
Assist in executing related projects and activities as required.
Provide administrative support for training processes and documentation.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Strategic Partners Coordination
Coordinate training arrangements for strategic partners, including onboarding programs for new joiners, new product launch training, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure training readiness and alignment with business objectives.
Training Support
Provide logistical and administrative support for training projects, workshops, and events.
Assist in the preparation of training materials, venue setup, and participant communications.
Support trainers and facilitators during live training sessions.
CPD Training Management
Plan, design, and coordinate CPD training programs in collaboration with training vendors.
Monitor CPD class attendance and maintain accurate training records.
Manage the issuance of CPD certificates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
eLearning Course Support
Maintain and update eLearning courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Generate training reports and analytics to track user progress and engagement.
Manage user accounts and provide technical support for eLearning access issues.
Requirements:
Passionate about training and continuous self-improvement.
University graduate in any discipline.
Sound knowledge of the insurance industry with IIQE 1, 3 \& 5 qualifications.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; native Putonghua is a plus.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong numerical aptitude, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Demonstrates a can-do attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
Experience in the insurance field is an advantage.
