Responsibilities:
Own and articulate the product vision, aligning it with customer needs and company strategy.
Lead collaborative sessions with customers, teams, and stakeholders to define and refine feature requirements.
Maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog that balances business goals, tech feasibility, and user needs.
Guide development teams to deliver high-quality features with clear timelines and strong user value.
Write precise user stories with well-defined success metrics and testable outcomes.
Use analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior insights to identify areas for continuous product improvement.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to ensure a consistent, intuitive, and elegant user experience.
Coordinate testing efforts, including validation, to ensure features meet functional and performance requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and communicate product releases.
Implement systems to gather, evaluate, and act on customer feedback to inform iterations.
Stay current on e-commerce and SaaS trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to fuel innovation.
Writing code or handling software development tasks
Managing administrative duties outside product strategy
Micromanaging engineering teams, your focus is leadership and clarity
Prioritizing only quick fixes instead of building toward a scalable vision
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
4 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations
Proven ability to drive product optimization using data and experimentation
Deep experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments
Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with business intelligence tools, analytics dashboards, and usability testing frameworks
Experience working on SaaS platforms, especially e-commerce or business tools
Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4), or user feedback tools
Exposure to digital payment systems, customer portals, or subscription-based services
Key Performance Indicators:
Sprint Velocity—team throughput over time
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)—user happiness with product features
User Adoption \& Retention Rates—feature engagement, growth, and stickiness
Bug Rate / Version—product quality and post-release issues
Optimization Impact—measurable improvements in feature usage, efficiency, and conversions
