Job Description
We are committed to our purpose and strategy and through this mahi need strong capability to support various projects. With one of the team heading off on their parental leave journey we are looking to welcome a Kaitaki Kaupapa Mātāmua Senior Project Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are ideally looking for a 01 December start to allow time for both handover and handback.
Reporting into our Hautū Aratuku Head of Delivery you will join a skilled and high performing team working across Z. We are seeking demonstrated project management experience in a commercial environment with the ability to commit to a fixed term.
You will have the opportunity to
Plan projects and key milestones, developing plans for different types of delivery and utilising a range of project methodologies
Collaborate across Z to gather requirements, assess feasibility, define deliverables and ensure seamless integration
Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and expectations and provide regular project progress updates and manage any challenges
Forecast and manage resources and budgets during the project, while undertaking governance and report
Facilitate ceremonies, sprint planning, stand ups, retros etc as needed
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring To Z
Demonstrated experience of managing projects end to end providing leadership, review and monitoring, ideally within a complex commercial environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge of Agile would be advantageous
The ability to work collaboratively, to bring others on the journey, foster active participation and build open channels of communication
The energy to work with a rapidly changing environment and with ambiguity
Excellent technology skills, strong knowledge of MS Office suite, Miro and other collaborative tools
Excellent time management and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy
A love of being the go-to, great relationship building skills to engage with a range of stakeholders

The base salary range for this role is $149,200 to $175,550 per annum, we also offer a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
