Zalo Affiliate Hub is a new platform that enables creators to build, manage, and monetize content directly on Zalo Video.
As part of Zalo’s effort to diversify revenue and embrace the shoppertainment trend, this hub plays a key role in unlocking non-ads monetization and scaling creator partnerships.

What you'll do
Take full ownership of the Affiliate Hub product lifecycle — from concept, roadmap definition, development, integration to growth;
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
Build wireframes, mockups, and product flows on Figma to clearly communicate product ideas;
Plan and manage sprint cycles with engineering and design teams, ensuring timely delivery;
Monitor product health and creator engagement metrics; identify growth opportunities through data and feedback;
Iterate quickly, test hypotheses, and adapt to evolving market and creator needs;
Ensure integration of tracking, reporting, and payout systems with accuracy and compliance.
What you'll need
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in technology, e-commerce, or affiliate/creator platforms;
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models, influencer monetization, and content commerce ecosystems;
Solid knowledge of Agile methodology, with proven hands-on experience in sprint planning and execution;
Demonstrated expertise in API integration, system interoperability, and connecting cross-platform products;
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills;
Highly analytical and structured thinker with strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail;
Proven track record of translating product vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes;
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, analytics, or product design;
Familiarity with leading affiliate and commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta monetization);
Practical experience with payouts, reconciliation, and incentive/reward systems.
