As a Manager Monetization Product Owner, you will take ownership of driving new monetization initiatives end-to-end — from idea exploration and growth experimentation to product development and launch. This role is highly entrepreneurial, requiring fast iteration, test-and-learn execution, and resilience in the face of uncertainty. You’ll be an individual contributor, directly shaping the next phase of Zalo’s monetization journey.
What you will do
Innovate: Explore and design new monetization opportunities within Zalo’s ecosystem;
Experiment: Run rapid tests in pricing, features, offers, and user journeys; drive iteration cycles;
Execute: Lead growth and product development initiatives — from concept to MVP to rollout;
Measure: Define KPIs, analyze results, and translate insights into next actions;
Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other product teams to deliver impactful solutions;
Adapt: Operate with entrepreneurial spirit — embrace uncertainty, move fast, and learn from failure.
What you will need
5+ years in product management, with strong background in growth or monetization initiatives;
Proven ability to take ideas from zero to launch, with measurable business impact;
Hands-on experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions;
Analytical mindset with strong user empathy; able to balance growth tactics with product quality;
Resilient, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments;
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
