As a Growth Associate Product Manager for zStyle, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Data. You will be the owner of the growth engine for Zalo’s Value Added Services, responsible for defining how we grow and where the next opportunities for revenue and user expansion lie. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead a team and drive impact across the full user funnel.
What you will do
Growth Strategy Ownership: Define and own the long-term growth strategy and roadmap, identifying key levers to drive sustainable user acquisition and maximize revenue growth for VAS products;
Full-Funnel Initiatives: Lead and execute end-to-end growth initiatives covering the entire user lifecycle—from Acquisition and Activation to Engagement, Retention, and Monetization;
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of execution specialists/marketers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub connecting Design, Engineering, Data, and Core Product teams to prioritize growth features andensure seamless execution of campaigns;
Data \& Experimentation: Champion an experimentation mindset (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses, optimize conversion funnels, and unlock new growth opportunities based on rigorous data analysis.
What you will need
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Marketing, or a related field (experience in subscription-based apps or consumer tech is a strong plus);
Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects or small teams, with a track record of driving results through others;
Skills: Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of A/B testing frameworks, and solid product sense;
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
