We are looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst with strong analytical capability, product sense, and technical proficiency to help shape data-driven decisions and drive measurable business impact.
What you will do
Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Leaders to identify key product and business questions.
Conduct exploratory and deep-dive analysis to uncover user behavior patterns, product opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations and business consultation for product teams, growth initiatives, and monetization strategies.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and key product experiments; ensure that results are statistically sound and actionable.
Define, monitor, and own core product metrics and success indicators (DAU, retention, engagement, CTR, conversion, etc.).
Build and maintain dashboards and BI systems for performance tracking and decision support.
Write efficient SQL/Python to extract, clean, and transform data from large-scale datasets.
Collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines, tracking frameworks, and documentation.
What you will need
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably in large-scale or consumer-facing products.
Hands-on experience with hypergrowth or data-rich environments (10M+ users) is a strong plus.
Excellent command of SQL for large-scale data querying and performance optimization.
Strong Python or R skills for statistical analysis, data processing, and visualization.
Experience with BI tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau, Grafana, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, causal inference, funnel analysis, and product metric design.
Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Familiarity with data pipeline concepts, and comfort working with Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
Strong product thinking and curiosity — able to ask the right questions, explore the unknown, and connect data to product context.
Excellent communication and storytelling — able to consult and influence business decisions through data.
Ownership mindset, growth-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
