The Operations Collaborator supports for daily operations, quality assurance checks, and execution of internal communications across Zalo Platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in digital product operations.
What you will do
1. Operations Support
Coordinate with moderation teams to implement policies, monitor operational effectiveness, and collect feedback/issues for consolidation and improvement proposals;
Collect and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders, users, and merchants;
Assist in handling basic merchant/user requests in accordance with established SOPs;
Update and maintain operational documents and checklists as guided;
Conduct compliance checks against defined policies and SOPs;
Support data collection for periodic audits with external partners;
2. Internal \& External Communications
Draft guidance content for merchants/users (website, community, email, notifications, FAQs);
Update policy changes across internal and external channels;
Support for onboarding materials and user guides;
3. Reporting \& Analytical Support
Compile daily/weekly operational data (volume, incidents, response time, etc.);
Update tracking sheets and dashboards using predefined templates;
Support the Operations Executive in preparing periodic reports;
Proactively raise alerts when abnormalities or unusual trends are identified in data.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields;
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or other data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL is a plus);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks across teams;
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments; able to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines;
A growth mindset and a strong curiosity to learn;
Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to work cross-functionally with engineers and diverse stakeholders;
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Prior experience in digital platforms, e-commerce, or marketplaces;
Basic understanding of KYC/KYB processes and content moderation.
