What you will do
Research market and user insights to propose key messages \& key visuals tailored for each campaign type;
Setup, operate \& optimize creatives/content for customized, weekly, and seasonal campaigns; Update tracking sheets and dashboards, support PO in preparing reports;
Perform QA/QC to ensure correct creative – user logic and avoid mismatched displays;
Monitor \& report performance daily, weekly. Analyze post-campaign to extract actionable insights. Conduct improvement reviews after each campaign;
Propose tool or process optimizations to make campaign setup smoother and easier to manage.
What you will need
Experience in digital advertising, end-to-end campaign management, or digital product marketing;
Strong product and user mindset, with a good grasp of Agile workflows and consumer behavior psychology;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
A growth mindset and a strong curiosity to learn;
Good at communication skills, with a willingness to work cross-functionally with engineers and diverse stakeholders;
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP…) or other data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL is a plus).
