Zalo Cloud Account (ZCA) is the core billing engine powering Zalo Business Solutions, enabling charging and reconciliation of Services around Zalo Official Account (OA) such as Zalo Notification Service (ZNS), UID Messaging, GMF, and OA Extensions.
We are evolving ZCA into a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly billing platform that seamlessly connects OA-related services, ensures financial accuracy, and provides clear visibility for business and finance users.
We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist / Product Owner who is passionate about solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and elevating ZCA to the next level of usability and performance.
You will directly contribute to:
User Experience \& Onboarding: Improving the ZCA onboarding flow to make setup simpler and more intuitive.
Product Insights \& Performance: Enhancing tracking and monitoring to better understand user performance and funnel behavior.
Core Billing \& Financial Flows: Driving improvements in automated billing, reconciliation, and flexible pricing systems to create a more reliable, scalable, and user-friendly financial platform.
What you will do
Product Discovery \& Optimization: Conduct competitive research, benchmark industry solutions, and collaborate with Product Managers and BD to identify user pain points, define problem statements, and uncover product opportunities;
Product Scoping \& Specification: Work with Engineering, QC, and Tech Leads to define requirements, write clear specs, and break down complex billing and charging flows into intuitive, reliable, and scalable product features;
Execution \& Feature Delivery: Drive the development cycle from scoping to validation, clarify requirements for the team, review deliverables, and ensure quality throughout the release process;
GTM Enablement \& Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with BD to prepare GTM materials, support feature adoption, and gather user feedback to continuously improve onboarding, usability, and overall product experience.
What you will need
2+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Specialist roles;
Be comfortable discussing system flows, APIs, and business logic;
Solid problem-solving skills with structured thinking;
Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear product requirements
Understanding of conceptual product design and user-centric thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with billing, fintech, or B2B SaaS systems;
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams;
Be able discuss business-related matters;
Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, or subscription models.
