Scientists ZAP advise business stakeholders on how to solve problems with advanced analytics, build predictive models and work with engineers to deliver production models.
What you will do
Outline stages of a data product life cycle and propose an implementation plan;
Research best practices and new methodologies in ML/AI;
Design ML/AI experiment to evaluate impact and answer business questions;
Develop and apply NLP for content-based recommendations and ad relevance;
Package solution as a scalable automated computing pipeline;
Work with big data technologies to process and analyze large-scale datasets;
Feedback loop to measure \& improve accuracy and outcomes over time;
Translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative;
Aware of design patterns encompassing efficient presentations and dashboards.
What you will need
2-4 years of experience in building production models as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer;
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning;
Strong experience in programming using Python, Scala, SQL, and Spark;
Knowledge and experience in Big data, and data mining;
Hands-on experience with boosting models;
Able to clearly and effectively communicate to cross-functional stakeholders of varying technical understanding;
Creative thinking, opening mindset, young, active and good at team/individual work.
It is a strong plus if you have:
Experience with recommendation systems, ad targeting models, and real-time bidding;
Knowledge of NLP techniques and LLMs;
Kaggle competition achievements;
