We are rapidly scaling and continuously evolving our ecosystem of hypergrowth products across platform, social, communication, and content domains.
We are looking for a Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist (User Growth) with strong predictive modeling, analytical skills, and product sense to build scalable data solutions and drive measurable business impact.
What you will do
Build and deploy predictive models for subscription conversion and churn to drive growth and retention.
Translate data insights and model outputs into actionable recommendations for product, growth, and monetization.
Partner with Product, Technical, and Business leaders to shape key questions and data-driven decisions.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure uplift and validate impact.
Define, own, and monitor core product metrics and success indicators (DAU, retention, engagement, conversion, revenue).
Perform exploratory and deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior and growth opportunities.
Write efficient SQL/Python to extract, clean, and transform data from large-scale datasets.
Build and maintain dashboards and BI systems for performance tracking and decision support.
Collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines, tracking frameworks, and documentation.
What you will need
2–5 years of experience as a Data Science, Data Analytics, or related roles, preferably in large-scale or consumer-facing products.
Hands-on experience with hypergrowth or data-rich environments (10M+ users) is a strong plus.
Strong programming skills in Python (or R) for data processing, analysis, and building data solutions.
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, causal analysis, funnel metrics, and product measurement.
Ability to clearly communicate and present complex findings to stakeholders.
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
Experience with recommendation systems, ranking, or content discovery.
Knowledge of ETL frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Spark) or big data tools.
