We’re hiring our first dedicated Senior Sourcer to elevate how we identify, engage, and attract top talent across Engineering, Product, and Business teams. As part of a growing TA team of 12, you’ll play a mission-critical role in building deeper pipelines, increasing recruitment velocity, and strengthening Zalo’s talent intelligence.

This is a chance to build something from the ground up — set standards, shape sourcing strategy, and leave your fingerprint on Zalo’s next chapter of growth.

What you will do

Talent Sourcing \& Pipeline Development

Own sourcing for high-priority Engineering, Product, and select Business roles across Zalo, Zing MP3, Zalo Ads, and other units;

Proactively map talent markets, identify target companies, and build long-term pipelines of qualified candidates;

Develop innovative search strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, Boolean/X-ray, online communities, and non-traditional channels.

Candidate Engagement \& Experience

Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect Zalo’s mission and EVP;

Engage passive talent, nurture long-term relationships, and ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint through handoff;

Qualify candidates for fit, motivation, and readiness before passing them to recruiters or hiring managers.

Partnership \& Collaboration

Work closely with a TA team of 12 to prioritize roles, manage pipeline expectations, and support hiring plans;

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBP, and business leaders to deeply understand role requirements and success profiles;

Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and recruitment data to influence hiring strategies.

Systems, Tools, \& Process Improvement

Leverage Zalo’s sourcing tools, ATS, CRM, and data dashboards to track progress and deliver measurable results;

Experiment with new sourcing tools, automation, AI-assisted search, and referral-building initiatives;

Help shape and continuously improve sourcing processes, quality standards, and documentation for the TA team.

What you will need

Must-Have

4+ years of experience in sourcing or talent research, ideally within tech or product-driven environments;

Proven track record sourcing for Engineering, Product, or highly specialized technical roles;

Strong command of Boolean search, X-ray, market mapping, and multichannel sourcing strategies;

Ability to engage and influence passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach;

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track funnels, report progress, and optimize results;

Excellent communication skills (Vietnamese \& English);

Curiosity, resilience, and enthusiasm for building something new.

Nice-to-Have

Experience supporting a fast-scaling startup or high-growth tech ecosystem;

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing automation tools;

Comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing priorities.
