As a Senior UX Writer, you’ll be a key partner in shaping user-centered product experiences across Zalo’s ecosystem. You will define content strategy, craft clear and engaging interface copy, and collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, and engineers to ensure every word enhances usability and aligns with our brand voice.
What you will do
Develop and implement content strategies for product features across mobile and web platforms.
Write intuitive, concise, and user-friendly UX copy — from onboarding to error messages to feature microscopy
Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers throughout the product development cycle to ensure clarity and consistency
Champion the use of plain language and accessible content that meets user needs and business goals.
Conduct content audits and collaborate on usability testing to validate copy decisions.
Help define and maintain content guidelines, voice and tone standards for Zalo products.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior writers when needed.
What you will need
3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product content strategy, or related fields.
Portfolio showcasing impactful UX writing across web/mobile products.
Excellent command of Vietnamese and English, with an eye for detail and tone.
Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user psychology.
Ability to advocate for content best practices and influence product decisions through words.
Nice-to-have
Experience working on products at scale, especially with messaging, social, or platform-based services.
Familiarity with localization workflows, content design systems, or Figma.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
