Key Responsibilities：
Conduct regular testing and validation of recovery procedures.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide continuous support for production systems and engineers
Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing systems and infrastructure.
Evaluate emerging technology trends and provide recommendations for system optimization
Work with Information Security to implement secure policies and security best practices
Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage and authorize access to various resources and service accounts, such as OpenAI, Groq, MTurk, etc.
Qualifications：
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in the capacity of cloud technologies and application platform services
Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications：
Embraces AI-driven operations, and has carried out related experiments
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
Professional certification as a Solutions Architect for major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficiency in one or two scripting languages, such as Python or Shell
