Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows servers
Perform routine system backups, updates, and health checks
Respond to developer support requests and basic troubleshooting
Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
Assist with AWS/Azure/GCP resource management (basic operations)
Maintain Docker containers and basic Kubernetes workloads
Support Jenkins/GitLab CI pipeline operations (no complex modifications required)
Manage account application for various external systems, for example Claude, ChatGPT
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps support
Experience with Linux/Windows server administration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Basic understanding of Docker or containerization concepts
Basic scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar)
Basic networking and security concepts
Experience working in a North American environment is preferred
