They are now building a new, enterprise-wide reporting and analytics platform on Databricks and Azure. For both their clients as well as their colleagues. To accelerate this initiative, they are looking for a Data Engineer who can design, implement, and optimize the core architecture.
Your next job: Data Engineer
You’ll join a team of data engineers, BI analysts, architects, and a scrum master, reporting directly to a technology lead. Collaboration is central: you’ll work in Agile sprints, ensuring scalable, high-quality deliverables, and aligning closely with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
Your expertise in Databricks, Medallion architecture, and Azure will allow you to design and implement data pipelines that move raw data through Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers. Transforming it into reliable, business-ready insights.
By combining your knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Azure services, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s data future.
This role offers strong growth potential. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a massive data platform with a complex landscape of data sources (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) and support various stakeholders in building robust end-to-end data pipelines.
There’s an unlimited budget for Azure training and certifications, and with 30+ vacation days, you’ll have plenty of space to achieve them!
What’s being required?
2+ years of experience in data engineering with Databricks as a platform
Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark is a huge plus
Experience designing and managing Medallion architecture is a plus
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday data integration is a plus
What’s being offered?
Salary up to €85.000,- per year
