Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Software Engineer who loves solving problems, diving into code, and helping customers succeed. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and our engineering teams—diagnosing issues, building tools, and improving the systems that power cross-border ecommerce.

This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work under the hood and helping others do the same.

What you will do...

Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve technical issues reported by customers and partners.

Review API calls, logs, and integrations to identify the root cause of problems.

Write scripts, queries, or small code fixes to validate or resolve customer issues.

Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering to improve tools and documentation.

Contribute to knowledge bases and technical documentation to help customers self-serve.

Identify patterns or recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements.

You could be a strong addition to the team if you...

Have experience with GraphQL, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar scripting languages.

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests.

Strong debugging and analytical skills; ability to read logs and trace data flows.

A customer-first mindset—you enjoy helping others and can explain technical details clearly.

Comfortable working in tools like GitHub, Postman, and SQL clients.

(Bonus) Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or payment/remittance systems.

Curious and resourceful—you like figuring things out.

Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Communicative and collaborative; you enjoy being part of a team.

You care about delivering quality, not just quick fixes.
