Staff / Senior DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) – Platform Engineering

You are part of the Platform Engineering team, providing the foundation for all product teams to build and operate secure SaaS solutions. You take ownership of the platform stack and ensure technical alignment and clear communication between engineering, security, and group-level stakeholders. You bring a track record of delivering platform projects at scale and take responsibility for outcomes in complex environments.

Platform Ownership: Design, implement, and improve infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, and security components

Cross-Group Collaboration: Align platform initiatives and technology standards across entities in close exchange with group-level stakeholders

Enablement: Provide product teams with clear interfaces, guidelines, and self-service tools to help them run services safely and efficiently

Automation: Build scalable, self-service infrastructure to increase developer autonomy and speed

Security and Compliance Apply best practices and maintain consistent governance across environments

Reliability: Strengthen monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation

Experience: Proven delivery of high-scale platform or infrastructure projects with clear technical leadership responsibility

Skills: Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), IaC, CI/CD, containers, observability, security. Strong understanding of GitOps principles, with experience in ArgoCD being a plus. Experience working with PostgreSQL

Communication: Clear communicator able to coordinate across technical and organizational boundaries

Mindset: Pragmatic, reliable, ownership-driven. Supports others by removing friction and enabling teams to move faster
