6. Employer Terms

- Misleading or fraudulent opportunities
6.3 Payment Terms
For paid job postings:
- Fees must be paid in advance as specified on the pricing page
- Job posts will be live for the duration specified in your plan
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy (no refunds after posting)
- We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 User-Generated Content
By posting content (resumes, job listings, comments) on our platform, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
- Represent that you have the right to share the content
- Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these Terms
