5.2 Profile Information

You represent and warrant that:

6. Employer Terms

6.1 Job Posting

Employers who post jobs agree to:

6.2 Prohibited Job Postings

• Jobs that primarily involve recruiting other workers (MLM)
• Misleading or fraudulent opportunities

6.3 Payment Terms

For paid job postings:

• Fees must be paid in advance as specified on the pricing page
• Job posts will be live for the duration specified in your plan
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (no refunds after posting)
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User-Generated Content

By posting content (resumes, job listings, comments) on our platform, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you have the right to share the content
• Acknowledge that we may remove content that violates these Terms
